Bartender Pricing
$350.00 per bartender
Based on a six-hour time slot
- $350.00 per bartender for a six-hour time slot
- +$100.00 set-up fee
- +$55.00 per additional hour
- The time slot includes 1 hour of set-up and 1 hour of clean-up
- Pricing does not include gratuity
Bartenders are not included in any bar package and are booked separately.

This is our general recommendation. Guest count, bar layout, and service style all affect staffing — tell us about your event and we’ll recommend the right number of bartenders.
Pair Your Bartenders With a Bar Package
Most clients book bartenders alongside one of our bar packages, so the staffing, the alcohol, and all the supplies come from one vendor on one contract.
Choose from beer & wine at $18 per person, open bar at $22 per person, or premium bar at $26 per person — each including cups, ice, mixers, fruit, garnish, sodas, and all necessary bar tools. Champagne toasts, cordial coffee bars, cash bars, and non-alcoholic beverage stations are available as add-ons.
