Whether your event is at a private estate, a corporate venue, a ballroom, or an outdoor property, we arrive fully stocked and ready to pour. Every package is built around your guest count and service window, and our team handles setup, service, and breakdown.

Bar Package Pricing

Prices are based on four hours of service. All packages include Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite & Water.

Beer & Wine

$18 per person

Wine: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Moscato, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir

Beer: Bud Light, Busch, Michelob Ultra, Yuengling, Budweiser, Blue Moon, Coors Light

Open Bar

$22 per person

A full open house bar experience.

Liquor: Vodka, Rum, Tequila, Whiskey & Gin

Premium Bar

$26 per person

Our top-shelf open house bar experience.

Every package includes a four-hour service minimum and is subject to a 50-person minimum charge. Additional hours can be added at the time of booking based on your number of guests. Aloha provides all cups, ice, mixers, fruit, garnish, sodas, and all necessary bar tools. Bartenders are not included in any package and are booked separately.

Champagne Toast

Glass flutes and service included.

Option 1 — B.Y.O.C. $2.00 per person. You provide the champagne for the party, and we can help with recommendations on how much to buy.

Option 2 — Aloha Provides $4.00 per person. Aloha Productions / Horsepower Ranch Events will provide all champagne needed for your party.

Cordial Coffee Bar

$8.00 per person. Add cordials to your coffee bar station.

Bailey’s, Grand Marnier, Kahlúa, Frangelico, Amaretto, Sambuca & Cointreau.

Cash Bar

$300.00 setup fee. Guests pay for their own drinks. A minimum of $500.00 is required, and drink tickets can be used by guests for their drink orders.

Non-Alcoholic Beverage Packages

Pricing shown is for 100+ guests. Beverage and coffee stations can also be added to any bar package.

Soda — $5.50/pp

Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite & Water. Includes ice scoops, cocktail napkins, straws and clear plastic cups.

Mixers — $7.00/pp

Cranberry, pineapple, tonic, club soda, orange juice, limes & cherries.

Beverage Station — $3.50/pp

Water, iced tea and lemonade at a self-service beverage station throughout the duration of your event. Add to any bar package for $1.50 per person.

Coffee Station — $3.50/pp

Self-serve coffee, decaffeinated coffee and assorted herbal teas served with cream, sugar, sweeteners and stirrers alongside dessert. Add to any bar package for $2.50 per person.

Don’t Forget the Bartenders

Bartenders are not included in any bar package and are booked separately. From our experience, adding a bartender lets you enjoy the evening with your guests knowing every drink request is being taken care of.

Bartenders start at $350.00 for a six-hour time slot, and we generally recommend one bartender for up to 75 guests and two for 100 or more.
